Bethenny Frankel may have left The Real Housewives of New York City back in 2019, but in the world of real estate investing, she’s only become more busy in recent years, flipping properties in New York City and the Hamptons. After putting her Soho loft on the market in April, then pulling it off less than six months later, the TV personality and businesswoman, who most recently hosted The Big Shot with Bethenny on HBO Max, has relisted the pad for $7 million.

After buying the 4,000 square foot apartment for $4.2 million back in 2017, Frankel promptly renovated the space with help from designers Cheryl Eisen and Vian Abreu of Interior Marketing Group. “People think it was a gut job, but the bones of the kitchen, the bathrooms, the plumbing—it’s all intact,” Frankel told AD in 2018 during a tour of the apartment following her customization. “It’s like taking plain hummus and adding lemon zest and herbs. Now it’s yours.”

This personalization involved refinishing the floors and adding motorized shades, an integrated sound system, and central AC, in addition to modern decor elements in a gray color palette. Original features including oversized windows, columns, and of course high ceilings, were preserved, allowing for a classic loft feel to remain in the space.

Though it’s currently set up as a two bedroom, three bathroom, it’s large enough to accommodate four bedrooms should the new owner prefer it. Currently, in addition to the two spacious bedrooms, the unit includes a home office with built-in shelving and ensuite bathroom, a custom dressing room accessible from the primary suite, and a great room that features a marble and stone bar. The listing is held by Noble Black, David Son, and Erik Ternon at Douglas Elliman.
