Fredrik Eklund is looking for a new home base for his growing brood. The Million Dollar Listing New York star first purchased the stunning Tribeca apartment in 2014, but now that he and husband Derek Kaplan have added twins to their family, they’re likely looking for more space. Eklund recently announced via Instagram stories that the couple's three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo is now on the market for $6.5 million, or on the rental market for $22,500 per month. The 2,241-square-foot home features 50 linear feet facing the Hudson River. The main living room is lined with an entire wall of windows, and an adjacent wall features a sleek, modern fireplace. Currently, a stylish sectional couch divides the space between the living room and the formal dining room section of the floor. The kitchen, which is a spacious 13 by 10 feet, includes stunning marble countertops, and the master suite is located just off an impressive gallery space. The suite includes an all-marble bathroom with a deep soaking tub, separate glass-encased shower, and double-vanity sink. A generous dressing room just beyond the bathroom is a showroom all unto itself. Cove lighting and lighting design, a custom fireplace, built in cabinetry, and the closet design was all completed by Interior Marketing Group.

The other two bedrooms in the home are located off the kitchen; one currently is home to two adorable twin cribs, and there's a luxurious bed in the other. Notable features of the condo include custom-built bookshelves, closets and dressing areas with LED lighting, new white oak herringbone flooring throughout, a wine fridge, and a brand-new vented side-by-side washer and dryer in-unit. The building itself boasts has a gym overlooking the water, private storage, and a 24-hour doorman. The couple also own a large home in Connecticut.
